Sepha Nisbet

Artist & Intentional Creativity Teacher

As a young child on a trip to San Fransisco, to keep me out of trouble, I was given a box of Cray-pas oil pastel sticks.  That is when the world fell away in a blur of color. I was hooked, and haven't stopped creating since!

After a very short stint in 'Art School', I came across an apprenticeship in the graphic arts field, and began a long career as a creative.  My time with creative tools includes pen and ink journals, as well as botanical drawings. Then I began to dabble in watercolor, even tho I hated watercolors

Heidi Beaubriand

Artist & Intentional Creativity Teacher & Healer

“I have been creating for as long as I can remember.  For me creating art is just like breathing-both are required to sustain life.  I have worked with many mediums over the years but finally found my voice through the intuitive painting process in 2010.  Deep in grieving the loss of my dear friend, I found that through painting I was able to express my thoughts, feelings and fears when I couldn’t find the language for them.  It saved my life and brought about deep soul healing for me.  I knew right then, that I wanted to guide others through the healing process with art making.

I have been honored to work with women and children who were victims and survivors of trauma for more than 20

Grace says: 'My path has led me far. I carry the ancient lineage of nature mysticism from the Q’ero people of the Andes as initiated Paqo (Energy Artist). This beautiful wisdom of Sacred Reciprocity (AYNI) guides me in living a life creating harmony and connecting deeply with the wisdom of cosmos and mother nature in the high North.

I am also honored to be holding a thread of the Lineage of Intentional Creativity. This path of love and creativity, has opened a hidden well in my Heart; from it flows the beauty and creativity that finally lets me express who I am and the wisdom I carry.
I adore sharing these precious gifts and sacred practice with others.

Now living in Port Townsend, Washington, Caron was born in Oakland, California, spent most of her life in the San Francisco Bay Area, where she had art galleries; and, in partnership with her mother, Eden McCloud, founded a women's clothing design and manufacturing company. Experience in these businesses led to teaching and public speaking. She has a son, two daughters, three granddaughters, and five great grandsons.

Today the rock star is living her legendary self as Catt Z. She has fully walked into her artist, teacher and Croneship self. Reaching this point of self-knowledge has been terrific but intense journey. She has always loved art but had been cut off from her ability to express herself at an early age. She reclaimed her authentic self while being mentored by the Shiloh Sophia Color Of Woman intentional creativity method training in 2012.

Cut off from her ability to express herself, Catt became a highly functional addict of food, work and alcohol. In 2009, Catt started on her life of sobriety and abstinence and through the method of intentional creativity she rediscovered the joy once known from drug, sex and rock and roll. Of course, rock and roll is still on the list that gives her great joy.

Cathlene Fishman still lives on professionally as a software computer developer supporting the global manufacturing market. However, Catt Z Geller is getting more and more of her time in the sunshine these days. Catt Z loves to teach Cosmic Smash Booking on-line and in-person. She will find any excuse to fly fish anywhere in the west, play with her dogs, Molina, Brook and Dillon, hang out with her COW buddies making art, and playing rock and roll songs on her ukulele.

When she isn’t working out of her trailer as a computer developer or teaching a Cosmic Smash Book workshop, she is fly fishing the great rivers of Montana, Idaho, Wyoming and Utah.

Shiloh Sophia

Curator + Co-Founder, Intentional Creativity®

Shiloh Sophia lives life as a great adventure narrated by the creative fire of her Muse! She has been painting, writing poetry, publishing books and teaching at universities, the United Nations and in her own programs and around the world for over twenty years.

Her soul work is inspired by the idea that self expression is a basic human right and that each person has a right to know how they think and feel and the freedom to express it in the world. Her research and

development around this idea has focused on serving women and girls through giving them access to methods of transformational art-making through stories, symbols and inquiry.

She is the co-curator and founder of the Intentional Creativity Foundation and Cosmic Cowgirls, a woman and girl owned school that serves between 500 and 5000 women a month through revolutionary education, both virtual and on-location. Their school, inn and museum are located in Sonoma County, California and are called Musea Sophia.

Shiloh Sophia also founded a teacher training program, Color of Woman training, which certifies women to teach Intentional Creativity worldwide. Currently there are close to 200 teachers in the lineage who are part of the Intentional Creativity Guild.

Shiloh has taught her work at universities in Global PhD and Masters programs, bringing the technology of Intentional Creativity into academia. She has also presented her work and research at the United Nations 4 years in a row at UNCSW.

Shiloh has published many books on creativity, including coloring books and journals, and has illustrated books and decks including the Mother Mary Oracle with Alana Fairchild and Hard Times Require Furious Dancing for Alice Walker. Her most recent book, Tea with the Midnight Muse, features twenty years of poetry as invocation, along with inquiries to spark your Muse fuse!

Intentional Creativity is a lineage that is ancient in origin, since almost all peoples have made art representing everything from the cosmos to their relationship with the Great Spirit and nature to tell a story. This is intention. Intentional Creativity is a combination of image, word and inquiry. In more recent history, the lineage comes to us from Lenore Thomas Straus, who worked with the New Deal Artists and trained Shiloh’s mentor, Sue Hoya Sellars. Sue and Shiloh’s mother, Caron McCloud, a poet, worked together with Shiloh to bring the method to the world.

She lives in the vineyard lined hills with her husband, Jonathan, who is also a poet and artist. Their Muses can be found most mornings having tea and discussing quantum physics, philosophy and sacred texts in the Red Thread Cafe.

Brimming with the quirky enthusiasm that prompted her nom de plume, Jenafer Joy rides bareback at the center of a Creativity Revolution. Using every trick in (and out) of the book – vibrant paintings, whimsical writings, and an unwavering faith in every person’s innate genius – it is impossible to spend time in her presence and not fall in love with yourself, with the whispering of your intuition and with Jena’s heartfelt and contagious love of the muse-driven life.

Jena has been in the healing & creative arts leading solo and collaborative courses since 2003 and she is still pinching herself at the luck of being at the helm of the Cosmic Cowgirl Community as one of the three directors since 2010. With a background in both acupuncture and accounting, Jena is ridiculously suited to being a most steady and linear guide through circuitous imaginal terrain and her specialty is designing and delivering inspiring curriculum full of engaging art and deep inquiry.  Jenafer Joy lives in Mendocino County and teaches almost exclusively online, where she quite enjoys being “imaginary best friend” to hundreds of women.

Jena joined the Color of Woman staff as a guest teacher in 2014 and is co-director of the training, in charge of curriculum & communications.

in 'school'. My passion for the media grew. I soon was on the Art Harvest Studio Tour, opening my studio to the public. I remember being so nervous!  In 2005 I joined small group of artist and founded Currents Gallery on Third Street in McMinnville OR. We now represent over 75 Pacific Northwest artist and contribute to a thriving art scene. I have also been on the Board of Directors in several positions, for the Arts Alliance of Yamhill County, who strives to advocate, educate and promote all forms of the arts in the area.

One of my other passions is working with children! I love seeing their eyes sparkle as they try new things. With my love of horses, I started a Therapeutic Horseback Riding program on my small ranch.  We teamed retired horses with at risk teens and worked with people with special needs. So much magic made in those days... I then went on to share creating with children in many settings from summer art camps to Artist in Residence in schools and after school Art Enrichment programs. I truly believe in nurturing the creativity in all of us!

I love to play using all sorts of things!  Painting with watercolor, acrylic and mixed media on canvas or paper is a favorite. I also play in the Mudd with clay. It's all a great mystery when I begin, I never know what will happen. Many times my inquiry will lead me to new things I haven't done before. Thinking thoughts I haven't thought before. That's when the Magic really begins as I jump into the pool of Possibilities!

My passion as I travel, is bringing the joy and empowerment of the creative process into the lives of Women and Children. I work with a creative process called Intentional Creativity. When working with Mindfulness and Inquiry we dig deeply into what really matters in our Hearts and Souls.  We are able to change old negative stories into new healthy ones. Putting our marks on paper or canvas helps us cement the change deep into our being. There is power in Mindful Creating!

I truly believe that we do ‘Create Our Own Reality'...

Asia Morgenthaler

Intentional Creativity Teacher & Yoga Instructor

I was introduced to painting in the class "Art as a Sacred Practice" the first semester of my M.A. in Women’s Spirituality program. During the course of my studies, I came tête-à-tête with the transformative and healing powers of Intentional Creativity. My master’s thesis: A descent journey of reconciliation with the inner mother and revisualization of the Divine Feminine, showcased 13 of my paintings. Upon graduation, I felt called to hold women circles in helping other women create intentionally while tapping into their own inner knowing. I firmly believe that by bringing forth our stories, we can decide to let go of any

negative impact they have on our lives, allowing us to create our future stories with intention and love.

For me, yoga is another medium/canvas for self-study (svadhyaya). The yoga asanas move our bodies in new ways, creating new pathways within; the focus on breath brings awareness inward; unlocking blocks and freeing ourselves to become more receptive to our inner voice; creating the ideal environment for self-discovery and the creative process.

Brunehilde Yvrande

Intentional Creativity Teachers, Singer & Poet

As a Singer, Dancer, Poet and Painter, I have explored the Artist's ways for almost 20 years.

My Artistic Path constantly evolved with my discoveries and ah-ah's, and became a freedom, beauty and meaning quest, a dialogue between my inner world and the outside world.

I create Art from the Re-Inhabited Body and am passionate about the relationship between dance and the act of creation.

Breathing. Being Inspired. Exhaling the shapes of my singular expression.

I have been blessed on every step of my journey, meeting extraordinary teachers and masters who gave me the keys

to more freedom in my life, encouraging me to find my own voice, my inner answers and my special way to be in the world.

All of them have empowered me with my own approach of Creative Expression, playful, deep, connected and sacred.

In 2012 I worked closely with Gabrielle Roth and met Shiloh Sophia. It took me on the greatest journey of my life as I studied and practiced even deeper my relationship to my body in movement, intention and creativity.

I eventually discovered my Soul Work, and it shifted me so deeply I created my own Branding, Compass to Freedom, which combines Intentional Creativity, Soul Inquiries and furious dancing, and explores in movement the directions of the medicine wheel, our connection to Nature and Spirits and the Alchemical Compass as taught by Shiloh.

As a certified IC Teacher, Intentional Creativity Coach, Dance-therapist and shamanic practitioner, my wish is to inspire and communicate my creative flame and my joy of life through artistic freedom, and to ignite the desire to move and be moved so every single person can express her freedom and transform her life into Art.

transform their lives. My tools include intuition, writing, intuitive painting, reading fiction, Reiki, tarot, and other ways of knowing.

Rashmi Thirtha

Artist, Intentional Creativity Teacher & Clairvoyant

Rashmi was born in the mystical land of India. She currently resides in the greater Seattle area of the Pacific North West. She believes she was reborn in Seattle and calls it her healing womb. She is a Sacred Artist, Healer and a Mystic bringing in Love and Light through her paintings, writings and healing work with women.

Life changing incidents of trauma and illness from a very young age made her realize that she needed forms and colors to express her inner world. This spiritual exploration birthed Shaktikalaya, a sacred space where she shares these Healing Energetic Signatures in the form of paintings, writings and workshops.

The ancient Sacred Arts of India that include paintings and sculptures of the Goddesses, energetic images of Yantras (sacred geometry) and the chanting of Mantras ( sacred words to invoke, awaken and embody the Divine within)  have a deep influence on her paintings.

Her paintings depict myriad forms of the Universal Healing Energy present in the Creative Womb of Shakti (the Divine Feminine). These creations are Energetic Signatures of the deep mystical realms of the Universal Consciousness.

An intuitive sacred meditative process births these creations. The images, colors and messages that emerge create a visual story that is a deeply empowering piece of Sacred-Healing Art. This Art Portal awakens and heals people and spaces by creating Energetic Pathways of Visual Imprint within and without.

Rashmi has been a meditator for 20 years now and a Happiness Program teacher with the Art of Living International Foundation. She is initiated into ancient Shakti / Divine Feminine lineage practices from teachers in India
She is a certified Color of Woman and Intentional Creativity Teacher and a certified Clairvoyant Healer. She studied to be a Structural design engineer and worked as one for 13 years.

With 39 years experience as a medical doctor she is intimately familiar with integrating healing techniques that incorporate and balance mind/body/soul approaches to facilitate moving clients from exhaustion and burn out to revitalized creativity; from confusion and lack of direction to knowing their gifts and how to package them into unique and needed contributions.

Semerit holds a Medical degree from Mt. Sinai School of Medicine in New York and a Masters in Public Health from Columbia University. She has served as Griot and Director of Medicine at the Cultural Wellness Center in Minneapolis and has been a faculty member at the University of Minnesota School of Medicine.

Dr. Havi Mandell

Artist, Intentional Creativity Teacher, Ph.D., LCSW

As an artist, I seek out the sparks that awaken my soul, expressing an essence that is the interweaving of my inner world dancing with the outer world.

Painting is my prayer, my celebration of embodied spirit engaged in life.

I need to move when I paint, to dance my fingers into the paints and over the canvas, to be filled with the joy of this treasure hunt into my soul’s expression and the ongoing creation and re-creation of my life.

When I was very young, my family called me “la philosophe” (the philosopher), because I have always been a deep see diver...a visionary and empath seeking to illuminate essences. I have always loved the kabbalistic stories of Divine Shards created when Divine Light poured in to create the world. The Light was so immense that it shattered the receiving vessels, and our role is to reveal these hidden sacred sparks in those shards that fill creation through acts of loving-kindness and service to the Divine. My art and healing work are my service and flow from my heart.

My intention is that my art will be a gateway, an alchemical altar, that awakens people to liberate the Beauty within and around them.

I often paint the Sacred Feminine and all She represents.

I paint and teach using Intentional Creativity®, a process I learned from Maestra Shiloh Sophia McCloud. It weaves together prayer, symbolism, and layers of energetic and creative processes, opening to the transformative power of creativity. I have been teaching Intentional Creativity® online to hundreds of wonderful women over the past seven years and each experience has been truly magical. My art has been exhibited in a number of juried shows in Las Vegas and was part of two presentations at the United Nations. I have created a physical gallery and studio of the soul, Growthspring Healing & Creative Arts, in the Arts District of Las Vegas. It is a space for art, healing, therapy, retreats, coaching, and joy.

Dr. Uma Mulnick aka Uma Joy

IC Teacher, Chiropractor & Mandala Artist

We can create whatever we want in our lives.  I choose to create JOY!  As it turns out, my parents gave me the middle name of "Joy" at birth.  It finally has come full circle where I embrace the prophetic nature of the name.

Uma Joy’s life’s work is to help people to create Balance, Peace and Joy in their lives through Natural and Creative methods.  Having been a Natural Health Care Practitioner for the past 35+ years she expanded naturally to include the creative process in her work and her life.

Working with the Mandala and Intentional Creativity has broadened and deepened her connection to her soul and her heart.  She feels the challenges of  a lifetime of experiences has brought a richness to her medicine bag of offerings to this world.  She often comments: When I paint I am in the state of Love and I like being in that state!

In addition to her Chiropractic practice, Uma Joy offers online and in person workshops and retreats, as well as is an Intentional Creativity/Health & Wellness coach where she works with people – from “where they are to where they want to be”.  Often it is said she “helps people find the voice they lost long ago.”

It is her intention to enjoy “real” time with family and friends – those that are currently present and those she has not yet met – and to interact with all in ways that leave this world a better place – where people have a greater understanding of their value and possibilities.
Uma Joy states: My life is as a healer and my Soul yearns for Joy – to feel it, to express it, to share it and to BE it. I imagine a world being filled with love and peace, and that all people are one.  Sharing the healing energy of Intentional Creativity is my contribution to that being reality.

I choose Love First in all that I do.

She does that through Intentional Creativity® processes, 20 years of healing and spiritual arts training and energetic techniques designed to bring women into alignment with themselves and nature. Shelli Duarte

Artist & Intentional Creativity Teacher

Shelli L. (Duarte), aka Shell Luna Love, believes in magic and mystery and all the in-between spaces. She suggests we all are ‘magicians’ when we go about finding our own inner essence and start unravelling our own riddles and stories through unconditional love and compassion. “We are creators whether we are purposefully tending to this aspect or not. No matter if we are artists, parents, spouses, accountants, or engineers, etc., we are always creating.  It’s our inherent design and we have a responsibility to engage it.”

In 2014, upon completion of her ‘Wayfinding’ training curriculum, under the esteemed teachings of Martha Beck, Shell Luna listened with her heart to a call for more that was seeded throughout her lifelong journey as a self-taught artist, designer, and creator. She followed her passion of art and self-development into the “Intentional Creativity” realm of “Color of Woman” training in 2016, created and lead by Maestra Shiloh Sophia, to become a certified coach/guide and teacher of the “Color of Woman” method; which uses inquiry, written word, and drawing/painting as artful expression to catalyze personal and spiritual healing. This brought everything she loved together in new and meaningful ways, and she knew she would never be the same....and it continues to unfold every day.

“When we access and lead by our own hearts, our truest essences, and bring those ideas and knowing’s into form through purposeful and intentional means, whether it be mundane or extraordinary, is how we design a beautiful and brilliant life, both inside and out.”  She has a passion and mission to bring tools of inspiration and healing through joy, beauty, and experiences.
